I’m sorry that this isn’t the best of book that were released in 2012. It is the best books I’ve read or listened to this year.
Leverage by Joshua Cohen
The Fault in Our Stars by John Green
Cascade, Torrent & Bourne by Lisa T. Bergren
The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater
Thorn Queen by Richelle Mead
Patient Zero by Jonathan Maberry
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter by Seth Grahame-Smith
We’ll Always Have Summer by Jenny Han
Under the Never Sky by Veronica Rossi

I’m seeing the Scorpio Races a lot on these lists. I’m adding it to my TBR list.
OK you sold me–I am going to try Scorpio Races! I am kinda sorta excited–how weird is that
Yea!! I like to bully people. It really isn’t a typical YA it is hard to describe. Hope you love or at least like. Oh the pressure. *bites nails*
I haven’t read a damn one of these!
Well get on it, girl
This is about the 10th time that I have seen Scorpio Races mentioned as a favorite. I am gonna have to take a look at it on my next trip to Barnes and Noble.
I LOVED The Fault in Our Stars. It seems to be among many other blogger’s favorites as well. So many of the other novels you’ve selected are on my TBR list. I just need there to be more hours in the day. *le dramatic sigh*
I hope you have a great BEA-filled week!

The Book Hookup’s Best of 2012
Completely agree w/ TFiOS! of course & it’s the only one I’ve read here. I do want to read Abe Lincoln, but the TBR list is haunting my sleep… ~dixie
My TBR are frightful. The thing nightmares are made of.
I loved The Fault in our Stars <3 <3 And I really need to read Under the never sky <3
Awesome picks Amy
Enjoy aBEA!
Under the Never Sky is a lot like Graceling in dynamics but not world building. Really nice Debut.
I REALLY want to read the Cascade series! I’ve heard it’s super good!
