Top Ten Tuesday (37): Summer TBR

Top Ten Tuesday is an original
feature/weekly meme created here at The Broke and the Bookish. This feature was created because we are particularly fond of lists here at The Broke and the
Bookish. We’d love to share our lists with other bookish folks and would LOVE to see your top ten lists!

Top Ten on my Summer TBR Pile…

As soon as I finish a few coveted next in a series books, I am hitting my standalone pile of over 30 books as fast and furious as possible. I pulled 10 of the ones I am most excited to read. These should all make the cut. I’m a pretty moody reader, so I change my mind all the time. But I think these are a solid.

Forget You by Jennifer Echols
Going To Far by Jennifer Echols
Jellicoe Road by Melina Marchetta
The Sweetheart of Propser County by Jill S. Alexander
Five Flavors of Dumb by Antony John
Catching Jordan by Miranda Kenneally
Amy & Roger’s Epic Detour by Morgan Matson
Along for the Ride by Sarah Dessen
Lola and the Boy Next Door by Stephanie Perkins
Bittersweet by Sarah Ockler

  1. I;m about to start reading Jellicoe Road soon too. Hope you get to all these books and enjoy them all :-)

  2. Well I haven’t read any of those, but I’m sure Lola will be wonderful!

  3. LOLA! I think Kelly and I will be reading that soon.

  4. I change my mind all the time, too! This type of TTT is always hard for me, since what I want to read as I’m writing it is usually completely different from what I actually reach for the following day or week! Oh well. We’ll get to all of them eventually, right? ;)

Thanks for sharing your choices, and happy summer reading!

  5. Oh gosh! I don’t think I could make a list as I would surely not follow it :) Though I am going to think about it today and see if I can come up with one :)

  6. Love your list! I think I need to sneak in Jellicoe Road too and those two Echols books. I’ve heard good things about all of the books on your list really – contemporary is a nice choice for summer reading.
Hope you enjoy all your books, Amy!

  7. I LOVE Lola and the Boy Next Door and I have been meaning to read Jellicoe Road. It’s supposed to be amazing.

  8. I NEED Lola and the Boy Next Door! Ever since I’ve read Anna and the French Kiss (back in april) I’ve wanted it, it’s just that it’s still not out in paperback :/
Those other books look amazing, too, by the way.
