Clock Rewinders on a Book Binge (30)

Clock Rewinders on a Book Binge is where Tara @ 25 Hour Books and Amanda @ On A Book Bender share a little more about their week than the books they received.

bookgoonie Recap

bookgoonie’s World

  • Back to School. Sorry I haven’t been around much in the last week or so. I don’t expect much of a change for at least another week. I’m trying to figure out how to re-juggle working out, working, reading, the Kid, the house and blogging. My twitter time has taken the biggest hit so far.

bookgoonie Reads

  • I finished a ton of All Series, All Summer reads during BoB 5.0. Chain Reaction by Simone Elkeles , Lost in Time by Melissa de la Cruz, Shine by Jeri Smith-Ready, and Midnight Alley by Rachel Caine.
  • During my first week back to work, I finished listening to Seraphina by Rachel Hartman. It was fabulous. The narrator was AWESOME.
  • I started the much beloved Soul Screamers series. I finished My Soul to Take by Rachel Vincent. It is kind of like YA popcorn.
  • I needed to mix in a little steamy after YA for 2 weeks. Taking Instructions by Cheyenne McCray and Once Bitten, Forever Burned by Eve Langlais and Stacey Kennedy. Both qualified for Why Buy the Cow? FREE Ebook Challenge.

  1. OH! Thanks for linking up the ARCycling blog! I’ve been working on reading ARCs I have, and worrying about where they need to go after I’m finished. This is the PERFECT solution! :)

    • I’ve been watching Jennifer develop it, but hadn’t checked by till today. Most of mine go to my school’s library, but I may have to find some to contribute. I like that it is a gift & not a swap.

  2. I truly hope you enjoy Marbury. It’s a frakked up place to be, but it’s awesome still. :)

I hope this school year is a great one for you. And how cool is that ARCycling???

    • My daughter raised her eyebrow when she read the back cover of Marbury Lens. Should be interesting. Totally trust you.

ARCycling might could be something awesome.

  3. Ahh, I totally picked up Cold Kiss too this week. Love finding the freebies ;)

  4. Ahh, I picked up Cold Kiss too this week! Love finding the freebies ;)

  5. Glad you had a good BoB- I’ve had the most success reading series books during read-a-thons too. And the Seraphina audiobook sounds fantastic! I hopped over to ARCycling to check it out and love that idea. Have a great week and hope your back to school is going well, Amy.

  6. I say totally let the housework slip LOL I mean if I was into giving up things LOL
